Today the class was challenged to chose between doing what is good and just and that which is wrong and easy. There were those who resorted to the easier one - taking that which is more convenient. I chose what is right, regardless of its consequences to the present.
I was tempted to do the easier course but what good will it bring me? It will only defeat the very reason why i am here. And regardless of whatever my actions would lead me to, my heart and mind are at peace because I have done what I am ought to do.
